1. Services

All inspection packages and add-on services are subject to availability and area coverage. Prices listed may vary based on scope, location, and square footage.

2. Payment

Payment is required before delivery of any official reports. We reserve the right to withhold documentation until payment is completed in full.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled inspection. No refunds will be issued once a site visit has occurred or documentation has been delivered.

4. Limitation of Liability

Roof Consulting USA is not liable for damages resulting from misinterpretation or misuse of inspection reports by third parties. Our assessments are based on observed conditions at the time of inspection.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
